Today, most hospitals, clinics and medical & social institutions (EMS, EHPAD) outsource the cleaning and conditioning of their linen to industrial laundries.
EASY4BED® sheets can be simply treated in a washing machine at 60°.
In industrial laundries, they can be easily adapted to the calenders of high-speed washing machines. EASY4BED® sheets have passed the tests carried out by the world leaders in industrial laundry equipment.
Laundry process in machine

1. Washing : EASY4BED sheets have been subjected to all wash cycles in full tub, from 50 to 60 Kg and to spinning without bleeding of colors.
2. Galette : After washing, the EASYBED sheets easily fits on the (galette).

​3. Splitting : the separation and disentangling of the EASY4BED sheet are easily achieved in order to fall into the sorting cart.
4. Manual sorting : EASY4BED sheets are easily identifiable by their tabs to be removed from the trolley without wasting time.
5. Washing Machine Drum : whether with a mono or duo drum, EASY4BED sheet engages with a precise protocol that is simple and easy to handle. It is possible to engage two sheets at the same time (90x190) with a rate of 300/hour.
6. Rendering : the EASY4BED sheet comes out clean and folded according to the setting. The bottom sheet as well as the top are rendered with a clean final appearance and ironed, which lasts even when unfolding. The combined two sheets do not take up more space than a single sheet. They are easily packed and stored.
